Detox finishing up its first week!

Ok…today is day 5 of detox! BuBBy and I have decided to give our livers a 6 week break from alcohol while we both have gotten back into the gym and are determined to get back into shape! For myself, I have been at the gym 4-5 times a week, starting to play more basketball, my body slowly rounding back into shape. I can already see my belly going away, and my shirts are starting to get a little tighter in the shoulder/chest area. My diet has improved quite nicely, and I am feeling quite a bit better. My only problem has been a shift in my sleep cycle again….I tend to fall asleep early (I think because I go to the gym in the early morning) and have been waking up in the middle of the night; but I am confident this will readjust itself soon!!!

I will let BuBBy post his own progress, but I can tell you that he can’t believe how good he feels even just after a few weeks back in the gym and almost a week of detox!
